Architecture

Event-based order management

Every order follows a flow of defined steps. Each event from sales channels (new order, cancellation, return, shipping status) is processed automatically by the system; communication with the warehouse, carrier, and customer happens simultaneously. Every step is written to an audit archive with who, when, and what was done.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about FMS

What is the difference between FMS and OMS?
OMS (Order Management System) manages the order's digital lifecycle: intake, validation, cancellation, return flow. FMS (Fulfillment Management) governs how that order plays out physically: which warehouse it ships from, how it's packed, which carrier it goes with. Omniens delivers both on a single platform, removing the burden of running two separate systems.
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on scope. A starter rollout with a single channel and limited integrations can be ready in a few weeks; full deployments with multiple brands, multiple warehouses, and complex data migration can take a few months. We work out the right timeline together in the discovery call.
Can I keep my existing warehouse management system (WMS)?
Yes. Fulfillment Management System is an orchestration layer that sits on top of your warehouse management system (WMS) — you don't need to replace your WMS. We have ready-made connectors for popular WMSs; custom systems can be integrated quickly.
How does the platform perform during peak periods (Black Friday, 11.11)?
The platform automatically scales up and down with volume. Our customers process millions of orders in a single peak event during Black Friday and 11.11. Peak-readiness testing is a standard part of onboarding every new customer.
Can I manage multiple companies or brands in one deployment?
Yes. The same deployment can manage multiple legal entities, brands, or countries. Each one's data is kept independent; permissions and reporting can also be separated.
Which shipping carriers do you integrate with?
Major Turkey carriers: Aras, MNG, Yurtiçi, PTT, Sürat, HepsiJet, Trendyol Express, Kolay Gelsin. International: UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT. If a carrier isn't on the list, we can add a new integration quickly.
What are your security certifications?
ISO 27001-compliant management system, KVKK and GDPR compliance, TS ISO 22301 business continuity. Data is stored encrypted in data centers located in Turkey.
What is your pricing model?
Tiered transparent pricing based on monthly order volume. Setup and consulting are billed as separate line items. For a tailored quote, get in touch with our sales team.
