Why Connect?

Connect's difference, in 4 areas

Real-time communication

Every piece of data is delivered instantly to the relevant party, with delivery confirmation.

50+ ready connectors

A wide connector library. Trendyol to Logo, SAP to Aras — plug and play.

Custom integration, quickly

Integrating a new system means building on top of the existing structure, not a full platform. The SDK lets you ship it fast.

Observability and recovery

Every integration request is on the record. Failed requests are retried automatically; persistent failures fall into a work queue for intervention.

Architecture

Applications and connectors

Connect is a thin translation layer between the Omniens application and external systems. The application speaks a standard language (common events and commands); each connector translates that language into the external system's own dialect (e.g. Trendyol or SAP). Adding a new system means writing a new connector — the application never changes. That way new integrations don't break existing ones.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Connect

What are the API rate limits?
Standard plan: 10,000 requests per minute, up to 20,000 in short bursts. Enterprise plan: tailored to your needs. Every response includes your current rate-limit status.
Which integration methods do you support?
Modern methods: REST API (JSON), GraphQL, webhooks (HTTP). Legacy systems: SFTP, SOAP, and EDI (AS2).
How does authentication work?
OAuth 2.0 as standard. API key authentication is also available for legacy systems. Single sign-on (SSO) via SAML 2.0 and OIDC is supported.
How do I write a custom connector?
We provide a Node.js SDK and a dedicated test environment. You start from a template connector and write a new one by replacing 4-5 functions.
How is webhook security handled?
Every message is signed with a shared secret; the receiver verifies the signature to confirm the message is from us and hasn't been altered. Key rotation and optional IP filtering are also available.
What is your API versioning policy?
Major versions (v1, v2) continue to work for 24 months after the next major ships. Minor updates don't break existing code.
